at the very beginning; a very good place to start

I've been thinking about it for a long time, and today is the day, I'm starting a knitting blog!

The inspiration for my blog's name comes from a friend's: http://kniteraryclub.blogspot.com/. "Kniterary" is Caitlin's word connecting knitting and literature, and I love the sound of it. I've enjoyed her Kniterary Club meetings, and am proud (and also intimidated) to call myself a "kniterarian."

To clear up any confusion, I am not a librarian. Just a knitter who enjoys literature. But maybe I should consider becoming one--I really enjoyed making bibliographies.
